Donnybrook House comprises part demolition, extension, refurbishment and fit-out to an existing 4 storey building incorporating 3 blocks, external landscaping and an internal courtyard. Block No. 1 runs parallel to Donnybrook Road and will receive a new fourth floor extension overlooking the suburb of Donnybrook. The four storey Block No. 2 runs perpendicular to Donnybrook Road and will predominantly consist of new office space. Block No. 3 is the existing Pembroke Building that will have its roof structure demolished and replaced.  The buildings will be connected by a new 2 storey link building supported by piled foundations. The project is a mixed use development including office, gym, restaurant & café.
