Full construction of 3no industrial units (B1, B2 & D1) including offices, dock levellers, truck turning area , car parking and fencing. In the client area is the building of a new ESB sub station, extension of the estate road and new signage at the entrance to the Park. As part of the project soil stabilization was required  on the site of both Unit B1 and D1.  

The total floor area was: B1- 4126sq.m. B2 - 3041sq.m. D1- 1996sq.m.
