Phase 3 works to the Horizon Logistics Park at Swords Co Dublin included construction of a new 7,432m2 warehouse Unit and Ancillary Offices with an extensive 30,000m3 reduced level excavation required prior to construction of foundation, pads and dock levellers. A steel frame was incorporated in the design together with Kingspan RW panels complete with Smoke vents, rooflights, vehicle access doors, doorsets, dock levellers doors and windows. In addition Stone cladding was installed to office areas and external wall louvres were also provided. 

The warehouse floor was completed to FM 2 specification with an Inner blockwork wall to the warehouse complete with U Block band beam. Mechanical and electrical works including lighting to warehouses/office and plumbing/heating/sanitaryware. Works to offices including precast hollowcore floors, concrete stairs, balustrading, wall linings, partitions, blockwork, timber doors, ironmongery, architrave, skirting, suspended ceilings, toilet cubicles, vanity units, tea stations, splashbacks, floor tiling, wall tiling & painting as part of the fit-out.
