The works involve the demolition of existing buildings, taking up of existing surfacing, removal of contaminated material, ground stabilisation, erection and completion of general needs housing comprising of 166 no dwellings & 8 no retail units which are to be constructed to Lifetime Homes, Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 and secured by design standards and dwellings will have all associated external and site development. Construction will include traditional & timber frame.
