Privately owned by six generations of the Collen family and founded two hundred years ago, Collen Construction is supported on a firm foundation of experience, knowledge, commitment-and pride in our achievements. Our success and expansion over the last decade is due to committed and highly qualified management and technical staff, who ensure delivery of projects to the highest standards on time and within budget.

	Our staff are our greatest resource - men and women who constantly provide a thorough, flexible and pro-active approach to all projects and who continue to pursue excellence at every level of the construction industry. Several of our Site Managers/Foremen (the core of our building team)have been with the company for more than thirty-five years; some started their career with Collen.

Health and Safety are top priorities and significant resources in supervision and training are deployed to maintain a safe environment for all workers on our sites. Since moving to our new head office building at East Wall in the late nineties, the most advanced communication and computer facilities are available and we are continuing to invest in this sphere in line with technological advance.

The full range of construction services associated with a major construction company are provided, including management contracting, design & build, alliance/partnering and turnkey contracts in addition to traditional building arrangements by whatever procurement methods Clients may require. Collen have built up an impressive portfolio of Clients across the full spectrum of Irish business through our reputation for performance, quality and value for money.

Contracts may vary in type and size but our primary activity is undertaking medium to large size complex projects in the following areas - industrial, institutional, residential, commercial - both new build and refurbishment.
