- Collen Construction awarded €48 Million euro residential contract in Tyrellstown, Dublin 15
232 residential units in a mix of two and three storey homes together with community buildings which includes a creche, estate management office, housing association office as well as a local shop and cafe for the National Association of Building Co-Operatives. The project will take in a small garden park and a larger land park which will include a flood-lit all-weather football pitch.

Leo Crehan appointed as Managing Director of Collen Construction
Current President of the Master Builders And Contractors Association, Leo Crehan, has been appointed Managing Director in Collen Construction. The former Chief Building Surveyor in Dublin City Council, re-joined Collen Construction in 2000 and replaces the respected former Managing Director Martin Glynn who retired recently following some forty years service with the company.
