Construction of this low energy multi-storey mixed use development comprising commercial and residential units. The project was Designed and built to      provide in excess of 20% savings on energy and related CO2 emissions for space and hot water heating, exceeding the current building standard and featured in the SEI House of Tomorrow programme.
