The Lighthouse Apartments, East Wall Gateway Residential & Commercial Development Phases 1–2 (155 Units). Demolition of existing industrial warehouse and construction of new multi-storey mixed use residential development incorporating 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, retail unit and crèche facility. The project was a sustainable/low energy scheme, including air-tightness testing, PVC free insulants, low C02 concrete, thermal bridging avoidance. Gross internal floor area: 8600m2. |
