The Lighthouse Apartments, East Wall

Demolition of existing industrial warehouse and construction of new multi-storey mixed use residential development incorporating 155 Units in a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, retail unit and crèche facility. The project was a sustainable/low energy scheme, including air-tightness testing, PVC free insulants, low C02 concrete, thermal bridging avoidance. Gross internal floor area: 8600m2.
