Safe-T-Cert

Following our annual Safe-T-Cert Audit on the 26th & 27th September, we are delighted to report that Collen Construction Ltd. has not only maintained our accreditation but has now been awarded an A Grade. The Safe-T-Cert “A” rating has only been granted to approximately 10 other construction firms in Ireland so we are in very exclusive company.

This is a superb achievement for Collen Construction and it is something in which we can all take pride. Achieving high quality in safety management, like any other aspect of the construction process, is a team effort: each person’s input - whether he be General Operative or Foreman, Site Manager or Contracts Manager, QS or Director - makes an essential contribution to the end result. We must never lose sight of our common objective: every man who comes to work on our sites must be able to go home at the end of his day.

Our Safety Management team led by Eamon Mullen, ably assisted by David Connolly, has given us great encouragement in seeking to establish the highest standards. Whilst they couldn’t have done it without the rest of the company, we certainly could not have done it without them!
