Construction Aftercare Manager

Key Requirements:

• 3rd level qualification in Project/Construction Management or a related trade background

• Minimum 5 years plus experience in a similar role

• Experience working on hyperscale Data Centers

• Snagging/Finishing experience in a managerial role

• Excellent IT and communication skills

• Strong ability to collaborate and work as part of a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager, your key responsibilities for the role will include but will not be limited to the following:

• Ensuring a key stakeholder relationship focus within all areas of operational activities, and that positive relationships are built and maintained

• Manage handover documentation registry from construction completion to handover

• Accurately identify and prioritise the client's key requirements-Maintain a good working knowledge of building regulations

• Attend and prepare reports for senior site & client meetings-Respond to queries efficiently and pro-actively

• Provision of leadership and guidance and direct support to sub-contractors in accordance with construction completion for final handover

• Facilitate the effective communication flow between the construction & client team-Ensure appropriate processes are followed and in line with statutory, policy and contractual commitments

• Liaise with sub-contractors, supply chain and operational site personnel with regards to assessing responsibilities

• Arrange site inspections and internal audits

• Review remedial works and ensure snags are completed and closed out within a defined timeframe

• Ensure Collen SHEQ standards are maintained

• Promote and maintain the core Collen values.
