Health & Safety Administration Support
Key Requirements:
2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
Good working knowledge of English, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
As a member of the project management team, you have the opportunity to influence safety culture onsite by demonstrating personal commitment, setting clear expectations, and effectively communicating safety policies. By consistently modelling safe behaviour, prioritising safety above productivity, and ensuring that all workers receive proper training and resources, you can foster an environment where safety is ingrained in every aspect of the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Health and Safety and as necessary, the Health & Safety Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Administrative support for the Health & Safety Officer
Processing administration and health and safety paperwork from site
Uploading health and safety documents, training records etc. to 4Projects/M-Files and Field View
Dealing with visitors and keeping accurate records in relation to site hours, issuing of PPE, site attendance register etc.
Arranging and preparing for safety meetings and taking meeting minutes
Strong time management and communication skills are essential to this role, as well as computer literacy and the ability to prepare reports and administer the necessary paperwork.
