Key Requirements:
Engineering background
Data Hall experience
5 years+ experience in a similar site-based role
MEP background would be advantageous
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include the following:
Package Manager for Facade / Concrete
To align construction activities so they are completed in a safe manner ensuring the Health and Safety of all stakeholders is kept to the forefront of any decisions made or works executed
To lead by example and ensure all stakeholders are made aware of Company specific Health & Safety policies and procedures and ensure that Health & Safety forms a key part of any discussions
To be fully aware of and ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the existence of any hazards and any site-specific management strategies
To complete site safety inspections of the MEP and CSA works to ensure the installation conforms to relevant safety requirements
Good saves to be raised on inspection
To review Specifications and drawings prior to scheduled works on sit
To addend workshops with the internal team and go through any queries you may have RE Specifications, Drawings, Schedule, Quality
To raise RFI’s on 4 Projects when seeking clarification from the client’s design team relating to the Contractors scope of works
To review and become familiar with Contractors deliverables and scope, any queries you may have from this review should be raised with the Collen support team for clarification and/or assistance
To review the master construction schedule and identify opportunities to enhance program through sequencing and coordination interface with other contractors
To complete site inspections of installations in line with trade specific Inspection Test Plan
To ensure that any issues/snags are raised and closed out on Fieldview and Compass (MSFT CX Platform)
To ensure First of Kind Benchmark installations are conducted and signed off by the design team as per Client specifications
To be responsible for coordinating all works relating to the Contractor’s scope of works
To collaborate closely with the Collen MEP and CSA Package Leads to ensure the Contractors scope of work is conducted safely and on programme
To highlight any risks or potential delays associated with the RC contractor’s scope of works that may impact the Project Schedule
To ensure all installations are conducted to a high standard and in accordance with relevant specifications and drawings
To attend weekly planning meetings and Chair weekly Contractor progress meetings, reporting issues and concerns raised to the relevant Collen department
To ensure any work specific permits are in place prior to those works commencing.
