Groundworks (enabling works including service diversions, site civil works, road diversions, utility connections, landscaping, attenuation.) Mechanical (Gas fired boiler, (gas detection system) heating and ventilation installations, plant area etc.). Electrical (IT and communications systems, fire alarm and security systems etc.). Lift Installation.
Site development works had been completed under a previous phase and included the piling and basement excavation.
