Pre Qualification Manager - Construction

Dublin (Hybrid)

Overview:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, focused, and ambitious professional to support our Preconstruction Team. The successful candidate will coordinate all prequalification activities with the preconstruction team to produce public and private prequalification submissions.

Key Requirements:

  • 5 years + in a similar role/ construction/ design coordination role

  • Third-level construction architecture, engineering, business development, or similar qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook and Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Experience in prequalification submissions, ideally including the public sector

  • Ability to manage multiple prequalification submissions at any given time

  • Knowledge of the processes involved in preparing bid documentation is desirable (Not essential)

  • Ability to work within strict deadlines in a process-driven environment

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with strong attention to detail

  • Fluent in English

  • Additional training will be provided for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production of prequalification submissions

  • Production of library and non-technical elements of PQQ submissions

  • Maintain and update a repository of bid-related documents and templates

  • Provide technical and non-technical writing input into prequalification submissions demonstrating the company’s expertise, capability, and experience

  • Co-ordinate and quality check inputs from others, both within and outside the company, regarding prequalification submissions

  • Project management of all prequalification activities.

Strong time management and communication skills are essential to this role, as well as computer literacy and the ability to prepare reports and administer the necessary paperwork.
