Building Future Capability
Working alongside highly skilled project teams you will gain specialised technical skills and knowledge. The programme will prepare you to become a project leader of the future. Working in a truly innovative environment you will learn how to collaborate effectively with culturally diverse teams. The Collen graduate programme puts your development first. It is structured in a way that combines formal training and practical work experience in a dynamic environment.
The 18-24 month graduate programme commences in June each year and follows four stages. Each stage takes you along a path of further growth.
Induction: an overview of company operations and the functioning of the wider organisation
Training & Development: on site, on-the-job learning in a process driven, digitalised environment with a dedicated mentor
Professional Development: fully supported access to further technical development through post graduate studies; Certified Continuous Personal Development (CPD); Construction Information Technical Alliance training & events (CITA); Chartership with Engineers Ireland and relevant governing bodies relative to your discipline
On-the-job Learning: through project rotation across the various business sectors that Collen operates in.
