Collen Announce the appointment of Derek Gormley as Director, Pre-Construction

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Derek Gormley as a member of the Executive Management Team in the role of Director, Pre-Construction.

Derek is a Senior Construction Director with over 35+ years’ experience including leading the preconstruction strategies and the procurement of complex, high-value, mission critical, commercial, healthcare, and institutional projects across Ireland, UK and Europe.

Derek is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Contract Law & Administration from Trinity College Dublin and attended Dublin Institute of Technology for undergraduate studies.
