Collen publishes its 2025 Gender Pay Gap Report
Collen has published its latest Gender Pay Gap Report, covering the period from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025. Now in its second year of reporting, the data reflects continued improvement in female representation and pay equity across the organisation.
The report shows a year-on-year decrease in both the mean and median hourly gender pay gaps, down to 19% and 25% respectively. The mean bonus gap also reduced significantly to 3%, with 83% of female employees receiving a bonus, compared with 79% of male employees.
Female representation also increased in senior roles. Notably, 43% of department heads in Ireland are now women, and 30% of this year’s Long Service Award recipients were female, contributing over 50 years of collective service.
Collen continues to implement structural improvements, including role mapping, a revised career framework, and learning platforms such as Collen Elevate. In parallel, initiatives in wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion remain central to sustaining a fair and supportive workplace.
