Construction of 34 new one- and two-storey shop units, together with an additional 430 car parking spaces, a new tourist information centre, a new restaurant, office extension, associated service yard and ancillary areas. The new development adds 81,074 sq ft to the already existing outlet. The construction incorporates rainwater harvesting, grey water re-use and all timber specified from sustainable sources.
