The project involved the erection of a 3-story office building with an integrated workshop area for maintenance of lifeboat equipment.
The structure was an in-situ reinforced concrete frame, clad with insulated metal panels and brickwork. An extensive M&E installation required carful co-ordination of structural and finishing works to achieve delivery on a tight programme.
