This project involves the construction of a new double basement undercroft and a 6 storey office block building.
Works consisted of the demolition of an existing office building, which was previously known as the Tully Tiles Site and the construction of a new double basement undercroft and a 6 storey office block building. Constructed around a central reinforced concrete core consisting of 4 lift shafts, the open plan office floors are formed using Post Tension concrete slabs. The external envelope comprises RC brick panels with curtain walling glazing.
